Lamp Rynearson is currently providing design engineering services to build a lift station and force main that will service the future development of 5,000 residential units and commercial units in the Sterling Ranch Metropolitan District. All four Lamp Rynearson offices are coordinating efforts for this project.
The City of Gardner, Kansas has experienced one of the highest growth rates in the state of Kansas, with its population more than doubling in the past ten years. When sufficient water supply became an issue for the community, they turned to Larkin Lamp Rynearson for a solution that would accommodate this and future growth. Our work with the community over the years includes developing a second source of water at nearby Hillsdale Lake, updating Gardner’s Water System Study, and recently designing an expansion for the Hillsdale Lake intake and treatment plant, with the existing facilities remaining in service during construction. The expansion was done as a design build project to shorten the project development period.
