Northern Colorado is a Sea of Opportunity
Pete Carlson has been selected to navigate the Fort Collins office in the booming market. During a nationwide search for a new office leader, Pete quickly surfaced as a top candidate to lead Lamp Rynearson’s Fort Collins division.
Hailing from a large engineering firm based in the Midwest, Pete has served in leadership positions for the past 18 years. Five of those years were in the greater Denver area as a regional engineering leader.
So where to, Captain?
“Capitalizing on Lamp Rynearson’s solid reputation of designing reliable infrastructure will be one of my primary focuses,” commented Carlson. “As a team, we will place attention on the pursuit of community-enhancing projects. Together we’re going to do good work, provide excellent client service, and expand our market recognition in the ever-growing Northern Colorado region.”
Not only do we have a new skipper, we’ve added other talent to our Fort Collins crew!
Michael Palizzi joined the office in February as a project engineer. As a graduate of Colorado State University, Michael has developed his career in Northern Colorado, where he’s gained substantial experience with school districts, commercial development, and residential development engineering.
We welcomed Gary Floyd as a project engineer at the end of July. A fellow Colorado State University graduate, Gary was brought on board by Michael. Gary brings a wide understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, road and bridge design, construction inspections, and surveying to the team.
Our survey team added support with the addition of Survey Technician Aristo Cauwels. His breadth and depth of technical skills have increased our team’s capacity to provide clients with accurate data and quick turnaround on their projects.
As you can see, we’ve been busy preparing our deck for smooth sailing.
